Community Impact Through a Separate Nonprofit Mission

Youtility Academy Foundation is an independently organized nonprofit entity created to support youth education, career exposure and community-centered learning initiatives. Its work is distinct from the commercial business activities, intellectual property and investment operations of Emeralds Gate Ventures, LLC.

Although the organizations share a commitment to expanding opportunity, they maintain separate legal identities, finances, governance and responsibilities. Any future collaboration will be structured through appropriate written agreements and transparent organizational boundaries.
