Tashira Bryant, MBA
Founder and Owner
Tashira Bryant is the founder and owner of Emeralds Gate Ventures, LLC, a woman-owned venture development company based in Las Vegas. Her professional experience spans the energy and utility industry, procurement, contract administration, compliance, project management and strategic operations.
Drawing from her corporate leadership experience, entrepreneurial vision and commitment to underserved communities, Tashira created Emeralds Gate Ventures, LLC to develop purpose-driven businesses, educational products and original intellectual property. Its flagship venture, YOUtility Academy™, reflects her mission to help young people recognize the essential industries around them and see themselves in careers they may never have been introduced to.
